Made in Saskatoon! Our Custom Engineered heater duct hosts have a sewn in spiral wire that provides exceptional abrasion resistance and also allows the sock to maintain the duct shape. The duct is rot/mildew, moisture, oil and chemical resistant. Remains flexible in cold weather.
Specifications:
Continuous service between -65 to 375°F (190°C). Interlocking steel collar at both ends, offers superior duct work over our previous recommendations.
12 inch diameter, 12 , 16 or 25 feet long.
Treated fabric is:
- Water repellent.
- Flame Resistance.
- Mildew resistant and has no smell.
- Black Polyester reinforced fabric with urethane topcoat, chemical and grease resistant.
- Custom Engineered, right here in Saskatoon. Coil sewn into fabric on outside of ducting.
- Increased ribbing custom pitch to allow for both positive and negative air flow (for sucking and blowing)
- Perfect for aeration intake for grain drying.
- Less restrictive than other heater ducting, better flow
- 3-4 times improved resistance to abrasion, flexing and temperature than traditional canvas socks
- Passes UL 94, V-0, NFPA 705 and NFPA 701 flame resistance tests.
